Link Records Dialog

 
Use this dialog to select records for the current project or location and add them as bidirectional links to the current record. Drag records or folders from the tree on the left to the table on the right. This dialog is opened by clicking the Link PMWeb Record(s) Button.

Use this field to filter the Records Tree by keyword

Records Tree

A list of records for the current project or location, grouped by module and record type. Drag records or folders from this tree and drop them on the table at right.

Delete Button

Select lines in the table and then click this button to prevent them from being linked to the record.

Lines in this table will be saved as links on the Attachments Tab of the current record when you click the Save button.
