Journal Entries

Use PMWeb Journal Entries to add new cost or revenue items to a project, reclassify amounts from cost code to cost code, or even to move funds from one project to another.

Two key factors make Journal Entries uniquely powerful:

One Journal Entry record can affect many projects. See Journal Entries Header Fields and Journal Entries Details Tab Table for information about making multi-project records.
The worksheet column can be directly selected on each line, thereby determining where the line posts in Cost Ledgers and appears in cost reports.
