Use this dialog to browse for items in the catalog, drag and drop them on the table, and save them to a record.

This tree displays the folders and items defined in Portfolio/Lists/Items. Select one or more items or folders, drag them to the table on the right and drop them.

these are default fields. If the selected items have no defaults defined for them the selections here will be used when the items are saved to the record.
